Garden days

At the dormitory, garden days are held eight times a year, typically in the period March-December (dates may vary from time to time).
Of these, each member/resident must participate at least twice; once during March-June, and once during July-December.
The garden day lasts from 10:00 to 15:00 and you must participate throughout this time.
If you do not participate, a fee of DKK 750 per person will be charged, which is deducted from the rent.

On the Garden Day registration page, you can register for garden days (when registration is open).
Information about garden days (incl. when registration opens/closes) will be sent to the member’s email address, if they have registered this with the administrator, cf. ยง35.2 of our articles of association.

Rules for garden days

The board spends a lot of time and energy planning the garden days so that the dormitory is maintained as best as possible, but it requires that some rules are set for the participation of the garden days:

  • You must participate actively and throughout the period (10-15).
  • It is not possible to change your registration.
  • If you have not registered before the deadline, you will be deducted DKK 750 over the monthly rent as soon as possible after the deadline.
  • If you do not show up on the registered garden day, you will be deducted DKK 750 over the monthly rent as soon as possible after the deadline.
  • It does not count as participation in a garden day if you show up without having signed up. However, it is of course still allowed to participate in several garden days, but only the one you are registered for counts.
  • When selling an apartment, you must inform the buyer, as the apartment does not escape its obligation to participate in garden day.
