The work of the board
The daily operation of the association is handled by the board, in collaboration with our administrator.
The board members are elected to the annual general assembly for a 2-year term at a time. The general assembly elects the chairman and four non-executive board members, as well as some deputies. The Board of Directors itself elects the Deputy Chairman.
The Board’s work is voluntary and unpaid and consists of performing the tasks assigned to them by the general assembly, but at the same time also taking care of unexpected tasks, as well as ensuring that members/residents comply with the applicable rules and articles of association etc.

Emails sent to individual board members, without prior agreement, will not necessarily be answered.

The frequency of board meetings varies, as it depends on the tasks the board deals with.
Minor things are usually done by email instead of meeting; this reduces the hassle of finding a suitable time that suits everyone, while at the same time providing a significantly faster response time.
The date of the next board meeting will, as far as possible, be written in the minutes of the most recent meeting. If it does not appear and you want to know the date for the next meeting, just contact the board at firstname.lastname@example.org.
